//MateRiaL GiRL..?!//

Let me first start off by saying that I am sometimes guilty of the following issue but I must blog about it to see what my peers' views are. With that being said, I'll start with the ladies: tell me why it's it so important when you consider "talking" to or dating someone that WE LOOK AT THEIR SHOES! LOL I honestly couldn't tell you more than one or two reasons why the maintenance or type of shoes they wear matters so much to me. I feel like if you can't maintain urself and be NEAT (I like neat guys), then what the hell can you bring to this relationship but more DISASTER, like your shoes. Ladies, tell me what u consider, physically when chosing ur "boo" lol. Now as for u men, I know a lot of times, the size of a girl's ASS seems to make all the difference but I do know of some guys that consider 'other things'...so hey, I don't know..so fill me in. Let me kno wassup...SAY WHAT'S REAL!

  1. Im not even going to lie or beat around the bush with this one: YES MA'AM!!! IF YOUR SHOES ARE DIRTY YOU MIGHT AS WELL KICK ROCKS SIR!!! {well, from the looks of it thats what you been doing anyway, lmao} For me, shoes can be a deal breaker or maker. Personally, I just do NOT understand how a guy {or girl} can put on their clothes: nice shirt, jeans, chain, etc. and THEN get down to their feet and proceed to put on some TIRED, DIRTY, LEANT' OVER SNEAKERS!!!! WTF??? Like seriously, what is going through their mind??? I feel like, if you dont care enough about yourself and your appearance to put on some clean shoes to complete your outfit {before approaching me} then sweetheart we have nothing to discuss. You dont love yourself so how are you going to love me one day??? lmao But seriously... As far as the rest of the "package" is concerened, after examining the footwear, I check his teeth/smile {Dai got me doing this lol} and his overall look. Im attracted to tall guys {at least 6' 2" since im 5' 11"} and a clean cut {no braids please and dreads would have to be extremely neat}. Also, a slim build is a must {im fat-a-phobic guys =/ sorry}. Overall, you have to be attractive and confident. But most importantly, you cant say a line that I have heard over and over again. I hope I dont sound like Im doing an ad on E Harmony lol, but I know what I like and want in a mate. If he has on clean sneakers and makes me laugh, he already has me interested in learning more about him... =)

  2. If the women didnt walk around dressed the way they do, and try to deliberately show us the size of their behind, it wouldnt really matter as much as it does, women are competing, cover yourself ladies. Women constantly say, all men think about it sex, but what else can we think about when you are dressed the way you are. Oh yeah..and I shine my shoes. lol

  3. Very interesting topic. I noticed from the female friends that I have that shoes are one of the most important things in the process of choosing men. For me, I feel the same way about females. Now granted, im a man, and there are things about the female anatomy that turns me on regardless..lol, but there are some other things that draw my attention too. For me, I like the ultimate feminine female. I'm more attracted to females who wear dresses and heels, and smells nice. I'm really not into girls who rock Jays everyday. Yeah, its okay to have fly kicks here and there, but lets not make Air force ones your signature shoe. Nothing is more sexy than a women who shows off her femininity with clothes. Showings legs, ankles from a heel, and a little at the top goes a lot further than slouch socks and a T for me. I like my women to be just that, a women.

  4. nah hell no. thats not me^^^ YES i do like women who are WOMEN.. but i dont care too much about what kind of shoes you are wearing.. whatever it is that your wearing.. long as its you, and it fits you and your personality im cool with that.. you dont have to be LOUD and EXPENSIVE to stand out.. actually the chicks that stand out the most to me are the subtle ones. hey thats just me.. and as faras the shoes issue is concerned i just recently found out that shoes were a MAJOR thing with woemn i did not know that.. but as far as im concerned I dont wear dirty shoes. NOW about 6 or 7 years ago i would wear dirty vans and write on my chucks cause that was MY STYLE. but now im FAR too old to be writing shit on my shoes.. LOL so yea.. good post tho.
